International payroll consultant - Regio Amsterdam

Who are you?
We are looking for a native Italian and fluent English speaking International Payroll Consultant for one of our international clients,for a permanent placement.

Your primary duties and responsibilities are:
Process EMEA payroll in ADP Streamline;
Reconciliations of the EMEA Payroll Accounts;
Entering the payroll journal entries;
Compliance with local accounting & payroll regulations: Liaison with our outside service providers (e.g. external (payroll) service providers).

What do you need?

The successful candidate will have knowledge and/or experience;
(Professional) Education level in Payroll/Finance
At least 8 years’ relevant payroll experience some of which should preferably have been acquired within a Shared Service Centre Environment or an International Environment;
Good verbal and written command of Italian & English
Hands-on mentality with strong communication skills;
Service orientated;
Able to think ‘outside the box’;
Flexible & Team Player;
Results driven.       

Additionally, it would be advantageous if you would have:

Experience with SAP preferably;
Experience with ADP;
Experience in high value environment,
e.g. speed and accuracy desirable.
