Payroll Administrator | Part Time - Breda

For a growing global company are we looking for a Payroll Administrator. 

What are the job responsibilities? 
You will be joining our Payroll team and your key responsibilities are:  
  • Process payroll for Europe and the Middle East or willingness to learn this;
  • Maintain employee database and personnel files;
  • Reconcile payroll accounts (monthly, quarterly and yearly);
  • Prepare monthly journal entries for payroll and payroll bank accounts;
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of all relevant documentation;
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls;
  • Perform Oracle & ADP testing for payroll related activities;
  • Year-end processing and reconciliation;
  • Process year-end bonuses.

What do you need?
  • 2 – 4 year of general accounting and/or payroll experience;
  • Excellent English skills;
  • Fluency in another languages are a major asset;
  • Computer skills are required; prior experience working in Oracle;
  • Work effectively;
  • Interact with internal and external customers; 
  • Excellent time management skills; 
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented; 
  • A strong work ethic with a sense of humor; 
  • Being able to have fun on the job.
