Payroll administrator - Regio Breda

Are you the new payroll administrator who will ensure that the national and international payroll administration in this growing organization remains perfect?
Our client is is an EPC contractor which operates worldwide in the offshore industry.
Working at sea is the business and our expertise is applicable to various disciplines, ranging from power cable installation, rock placement, landfall construction, offshore dredging and subsea installation works.

Who are you?


As a payroll administrator you are:

- responsible for the preparation, production and imputation of wages and salaries (national/international/maritime);
- the contactperson for employees with regard to salary, leave and sick leave; ·      
- handling all common administrative activities on behalf of the payroll and personnel administration;
- preparing contracts, collecting timesheets, managing input forms (e.g. cost claims), preparation of foreign tax declaration and the processing of personal data in our personnel information system;
 - preparing calculations and make sure that the range of human security such as pension, disability and health insurance is up-to-date; ·   
- taking care of payroll under the CLA ‘Bouw & Infra’ and CLA ‘Waterbouw’; ·   
- taking care of the Bulgarian and Maltese payroll and the payroll of our Luxembourg subsidiary company.


What do you need?

- Payroll Practice (PDL); ·       
- preferably a VPS diploma; ·     
- have experience in payroll administration tasks; ·     
- Excel knowledge is good; ·        
- experience with PayMaster payroll software is an asset; ·
- be a team player, accurate, customer oriented and proactive.
